Tony Dungy reaches out to a truck driver

Dungy
The biggest story in sports this week is the "AFC Super Bowl" showdown on Sunday between the Colts and the  Patriots.  My buddy Brian Cole reminded me of a story we both had read earlier this year about Coach Tony Dungy.

Dungy's reputation as a coach is only superceded by his reputation as a human being. His oldest son's tragic death by suicide and Dungy's stoic faith in the aftermath was well documented.  What you may not know is how Dungy reached out to Mark Lemke, an every day man who suffered the loss of a son as well.

Read about it in this heartwarming Rick Reilly article.

Check out Dungy's best selling book, Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices, & Priorities of a Winning Life on Amazon.
